Tbh public speaking was so fkn easy and fun for me, it’s really dopamine inducing saying something really spot on and being charismatic... but then i got cursed with blushing and now i cant even speak in front of a small group without the fear of becoming red

You don't need daily - just 40mg about 30 minutes before the event.
