Monster used to do redbull but it’s expensive
Starbucks triple shot
Overall 300 mg caffeine daily
If I stop terrible headache
But yea caffeine give me a slight boost and pain relief

I drink it because it has caffeine, but also because hot drinks can help clear up your throat and sinuses. I don't like tea because it tastes bad
