I ascended the most in 2022. I became way leaner, got a tan and simultaneously hit one last growth spurt where I grew to 187 and my frame massively increased.

That was the peak of my life. Sadly it all turned to shit in 2023 and now I’m very unhealthy.

I descended very hard midway through lurking here from trying everything.

It really is something you never forget though.

The amount of dedication and time you have to put in to understand how you become attractive changes your view on humanity at the end.
