It’s probably in the 10s to single digits, to be fair with technology advancing farther and farther these skills aren’t needed.

The thing is, everyone was taught how to read an analog clock in elementary school. Unless you have never once seen an analog clock after Grade 1, not knowing how to read one is concerning.
