I was diagnosed with ADHD and high suspicion of aspergers around 11 years old, my mom always had a book about 'autistic children' that she read and compared to me, around 16 she actually gave me that book to read as 'advice' on how to live my life. I stopped going to my psychiatrist because my mom told me the drugs were destroying me (adhd and calming medication) - so i never truly got a 100% diagnosis but i'm sure if i went longer, it would've happened.

What most often associated with neurodivergence is autism, DCD, OCD, tourettes, bipolar, etc.

Every neurodevelopmental disorder is considered ND. That includes autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Tourette syndrome , ADHD, fetal alcohol syndrome, and even Down syndrome lol. Some people choose to include other mental illnesses as well, especially disorders like OCD, which neurobiologically change your brain. Many of these mental illnesses also have a structural component, where certain individuals are predisposed to become mentally ill. These differences are present even when the person is cured, which further points toward them fitting within neurodivergence. Funnily enough, many mental illnesses that people say are not ND are more closely related to the typical perception of a neurodivergent person than many of the standard ND diagnoses. I'd be ND anyway though.
