live in the uk, so there is never enough sun to justify using the MT2 vials (and too broke to use MT1)
tanning beds are obviously carcinogenic, and MT helps limits the amount of required exposure. but there's not really any "easy" way to get "naturally pulsing" levels of UV without geomaxxing. the latter of which reduces the risk profile by giving the body more time to adjust.
does anyone acc use tanning beds? might be a good idea to do one at the lowest setting with MT and then maintain. wondering what everyone's protocol was
