I believe looksmax only increase the physical but to raise smv you have to looksmax and life max for me I believe going extreme goals is just as necessary for my looksmaxing journey as facial looks increase. I think most people who dont believe in rotting here would agree...?

Of course but the drive to climb mount Everest and getting a cheekbone surgery are mostly the same also hgh will probably not work for you

I have climbed 14ers in Colorado (about 7,000ft of prominence), in 2022 I climbed Mt Washington (140 minutes), about 5,000ft in prominence, and other major mountains in NH. I have no desire to climb anything that would take more than a day. I have no desire to climb anything that would require a guide. I have no desire to climb anything that would require oxygen or special climbing gear.
