Depends on the type of information in a book. If it's some kids novel or pop-science book, I can easily do 80-100 pages/hour. If it's more complicated information that you need some time to digest, the speed can drop significantly.
If you need to learn for an exam and memorize stuff exactly, you can only do like a few pages/hour. For a biochemistry exam for example, we needed to memorize all sorts of complicated molecules and reactions.
