most people spend 8-10 hours at work. and 6-8 hours sleeping. So that only leaves you with about 5-7 hours to do things. Even if you have weekends off, most of the time your running errands you couldn't due earlier in the week due to work. So on the weekends friday after work to sunday night. So on friday 6 hours, on saturday 12 hours and sunday 10 hours of free time to do activities.
