How many people here actually have surgeries ?

hardmaxxx like trimax , implants , eye surgery , hair transplant , fillers , botox

I'm lurking since 2020 and only started orthodontics for bimax in 2026 with Ramieri this month

I didn't do it before because I was broke ( and still broke now ) and managed to save just 5k per year

It will take another 4 years to save 20-25 k for full face implants

But if I had the money I would have done every surgeries by 2023

I'm pushing for trimax honestly, gotta gaslight my surgeon
My ortho would probably push for trimax, it's just my surgeon that is stubborn
Also, I want to do under-eye and upper-eye fat grafts but I don't know how much they would cost in total

I have overbite , I m recessed and downgrown so trimax is mandatory for me I prefered postponed to afford the best surgeons

If he was blue pilled he would have said that I didn't need surgery
He wants to operate, he just thinks that I can have a good result with just Bimax and CCW rotation (which I agree to an extent)
