True but I'm too lazy to eat veggies + stuff like MSM and lion's mane is a lot easier to get through supplements

averages 5 meds and 20 supplements. Meds are pretty small, so not any problem with those.
I can only swallow capsule supplements, I choke on tablets. Why do they even make supplements in tablets?
The worst are the ones I take just before bed, because I have to drink water, which I know will only result in me having to get up to pee in 4 hours. Some day I will make a thread on them all.
