How many points can I gain by looking healthier? ( I look pale)

How man points (on the 0-10 scale) can I gain if I start looking healthier? People I meet often tell me "You look pale" "are you sick". I do not know what is the reason for this but I think I can fix this by dietary changes as I have not always looked so pale and had a glow when I was in my teens but back than I did not have enough bone development (I eat only animal and milk products and should eat more fruit/vegetable)
Can I look much more attractive then?
