A young man with severe facial asymmetry received several surgeries to correct it. His bones were broken and rearranged, held in place by screws and nails. This is how the end results looks like. How much did he improve?

Quite a bit, but still subhuman tbh. Imagine the first guy tapping your shoulder out of nowhere, then you turn around and see that. You'd be scared for life. In the second pic he looks a bit more normal I guess. But in the end, he's still subhuman.
