How many pounds of muscle can you gain first year?

First year noob gains; is it possible to gain .25 to .5 pounds of pure muscle a week. .5 x 52 (weeks in a year)

26 pounds of muscle in one year or you need steroids to make such gains.
 
10-15lbs at most naturally tbh, this is assuming you tweak your diet and training as you go to yield max results.
 
anywhere from 8-15 lbs depending on training and genetics. 15 if you have god tier genetics.

a lot of people will post their weight gain while they are bulking and say "I put on 30 lbs of muscle bro" without even considering how much of it is fat.

Is it possible to bulk without bloating your face?
 
realistically 15 first year, 7.5 second year, 3.75 third etc....

any visible muscle gain you will get in your life will be in the first 3 years.
