I've maintained around 20-30 solid cold approaches every day, every week. In addition to this, I've increased my bench and deadlift PR, started adopting strong personality traits that many Alpha males such as the Rock have, and practiced holding a strong frame and posture.

So far, none have given me their number. But I know this is just a shit test and girls always play hard to get. But many have actually started standing and talking to me for a good 15 seconds or so. So I'm seeing progress which is good.

Next week, I might try out locations that I haven't tried yet like a club or bar. This will give me the chance to try out my new Dolce cologne and my new white collared button up shirt.
