I can do 8/9 on a good day

A few months ago I could only do 1

It depends on weight when I was overweight I couldn't even do 1 now that I lost weight I can do 7-8 at one go

PR is 12 but currently 6-8 i think (getting back in training, in 2 weeks I'll do at least 10)
 
13 chin ups, fucking garbage. I was at 16 pull ups last year.

Last time I did was 8 weightless. Don't do pull ups thay often, last time with added weights, 30kg were 4 reps :feelsthink:

2 different movements, I think you have the strength to do a muscle up, just the transition part that you've not mastered. Don't ask me, I can't do too:lul:

20 with my chest touching the bar.
I quit training for reps and just do 15kg weighted ones my max being 15.

I tried to do like 20 per day at one point and it went something like this …. 6…5…4…3….2…
 
just did 15 in a row but i used to do 22 before my gym pause of 3 months

try with weighted pull ups it will increase

Haven't done them in a while, so maybe like 12+. But lower then 20.
 
55 kg and I'm extremely thin and also quite Low IQ
Same bruh im also 55kg even though im like 1,70 meter at 15 years old

Last time I measured back in September I was 169 cm,now idk how tall I am but I think I'm 171/172 cm now

Yeah same for me ig. Except i dont have any way for me to measure myself anymore

I was measured in health checkup centre in my school.I also can't measure myself anymore

I'm 6'1". At 130 lbs, I could do 30+ pull-ups; at 150 lbs, I could do 20+ pull-ups; at 170lbs, I could do 10 pull-ups; at 210lbs, I can do 3 pull-ups.
I imagine when I finish bloatmaxxing to 300 lbs (my target), I will be able to do 0 pull-ups.

12, could do 15 if I really pushed myself
 
my peak was around 10-12. now i can only do 1. i'm only slightly heavier. i simply atrophied from the ldar
 
I bet you don't go all the way down.
