I'm aiming for 12, pull ups are hard as fuck.

Elite law enforcement teams need 12 in a row, keep in mind that is ELITE. Just shows how hard pull ups are

also manipulating leverage for progressive overload will really help tbh (normal pullup<close grip<uneven pulling, one arm on the bar and another gripping your other wrist<one arm partials<one arm pullup)

I can 19, that’s taken me years of working out though. I’d say doing anything over 10 is pretty decent, anything 20 is very impressive. Bare in mind the average guy probably can’t even do 1

I am fat asf though (~25% bodyfat) because of corona-kilos tbh. 93kg at 183cm, used to be 82kg in my prime.
