now i can finally do pull ups and im getting a lot stronger on them
im 158 pounds and 6'1

14 rear aka behind-the-neck pull-ups from a dead-hang on each rep is my best, now I can do 7-8 dead-hang rear pull-ups with slow negative reps on the way down on my first set at most. I only do them once a week now probably a big reason why I "suck" at them, used to do them 3x a week.

Did you do emom or a method similar to this to get there?
And if you really did this without alternating arms, you must have good blood circulation tolerance
