How many push-ups can you guys do

Haven’t done push ups in a min
 
I don't know. Like a shitload.
 
Like 60 before I gotta stop
 
Idk. Last time it was around 25. The only bodyweight exercise I do is pull-ups.
 
Barely 1 if I'm honest
 
Doesn't matter if we don't take bodyweight into account.

Like 80 or so...Maybe even 75 at this point...

Since years ago when I really started hitting weights I’ve gotten stronger and bigger and chest looks way better..

But first starting out when I only did pushups sit-ups etc. I could do over 100 at once at one point..

Pushups can only do so much after like 6 months you’re wasting your time if you don’t mix them with anything else

after a certain amount of pushups, maybe 30, it definitely becomes a muscle endurance exercise rather than actually increasing your strength
no one cares about muscle endurance and it doesn't make you bigger

Yeah a lot of it is training your body gets used to it so even if someone with not great genetics practices pushups all the time they’d be able to bang out 100 easily after a couple months

But the guy who trained in the gym would be physically stronger and have a bigger chest

50-55 no rest. I could do 60 if I rested at the top for 20 seconds midway.

That's pretty good its like you benched 180 pounds for 22 reps
