How many sets of OHP

On push day im thinking bout doing 5 sets OHP (i do 4 rn and just started doing ohp) and 4 sets dips as my main compounds.
 
I do 10+ sets and call it a day.

but you can absolutely do that.

Im doing lateral raises, incline chest fly, and overheard triceps extensions as my isos

probably unnecessary, ohp hits the same muscles as lateral raises do, both don't hit the rear delt very well so if you wanted to do isolation do some reverse flyes or some shit, arm isolation is always good though.

be careful with mixing press movements because they negatively impact each other, if you do incline chest for example you don't be able to do as much volume on ohp as heavy.

I wont do any more pressings movement yea. Ill use the cable machine for some light sets of flys at heigh reps just to hit the upper chest a bit. I might just do like 2-3 sets of lateral raises then for now and add more if needed. Im go0nna try adding rear delt stuff on pull day

I do it at night and i sleep 8-10 hhrs plus take glucosamnine chondrite and a lot of msm. Twice a week wont do much and i do dead hangs after anyways

if you want to do more pressing ideally just do another session a few days later, there's not much point in mixing exercises that accomplish the same thing.

lateral raises are rough on the shoulders so if they feel off don't push yourself to do them.

Can i do Push and pull consecutively? I wanna do PPPP every week (so 4 days a week)

they both affect each other negatively, ideally you'd want a day where you do something else in between or you might end up with a shoulder injury.

Bench Press and deadlifts are much better than OHP
