On push day im thinking bout doing 5 sets OHP (i do 4 rn and just started doing ohp) and 4 sets dips as my main compounds.

I wont do any more pressings movement yea. Ill use the cable machine for some light sets of flys at heigh reps just to hit the upper chest a bit. I might just do like 2-3 sets of lateral raises then for now and add more if needed. be careful with mixing press movements because they negatively impact each other, if you do incline chest for example you don't be able to do as much volume on ohp as heavy.
I do it at night and i sleep 8-10 hhrs plus take glucosamnine chondrite and a lot of msm. Twice a week wont do much and i do dead hangs after anyways0. u will get shorter (it will significantly compress ur spine)

Can i do Push and pull consecutively? I wanna do PPPP every week (so 4 days a week)if you want to do more pressing ideally just do another session a few days later, there's not much point in mixing exercises that accomplish the same thing.
lateral raises are rough on the shoulders so if they feel off don't push yourself to do them.
