How many sets per muscle group per week do you do?

Chest, shoulders, back, legs, arms etc
 
Do 3-4 sets into failure

But how many sets per week for each?
oh shit didnt understood first,
chest shoulders ( most important shit) i do alot of them like 20+ sets
for rest of em 12-16 sets

I do around 20 for arms/back, 30 for chest/shoulders, 10-15 for legs. I do a lot more in winter though.

Two or three sets to failure. On separate days.

No use for hypertrophy but works to maintain, or to increase strength in muscles that don’t know how to contract properly yet.

Answer is 8-20 sets
Some muscles might need more sets than others. For example shoulders and arms can take 20 sets but for quads that probably over kill. Prioritise more volume to muscles you need to develop the most.
Start with 80 sets a week and progress to 120 sets by end of training cycle
