How many times a day you feel like a bad person and want to end it all because of it

I think so everyday. Even though I did nothing terrible in the general sense or criminal sense Im just a terrible person judging by my behaviour. I have this thing when someone annoys me I just spam kys kys kys in my head like some kind of curse. Or i cut people off real fast if I don't like something.

It's like I feel guilty for all my actions but I still do all that because I succumb to my emotions. I ended multiple relationships with my friends because I just was angry at them for something small.

I feel like an animal that just acts on instinct

Well yeah at the end of the day when I'm about to sleep I think of everything I've done throughout the day and missed out on shit I was supposed to do and feel bad

Like my mum is on a crutch since she's had a knee surgery 5 days ago (temporary though) and i haven't been helping her get around so yeah feels like shit but I'll do better soon
