3 hard as fuck 1.5hours sessions is enough 4 if you go little easier on yourself. Of course as natural

yeah i saw a botb thread where a guy was doing like 7 times a week heavy excercise every time. wondering if thats too much

I go 4 days 1 hour each. Not that hard.

maybe if he roids. You can't regenerate as natural gymming everyday. Even if you go through pain, you won't be able to progress with weight. As dumb as it sounds, resting is part of growing,.

I train everyday 3 hours. 2.5 hrs cardio / sport. .5 weights. No soreness.

Rest days are a lie.

more than 3 times is to much. You should only realistically train shoulders and back, maybe forearms.
