How many times a week should I use hydrocortisone On my nose And how many minutes before I wipe it and wash it ?

I just bought 1% hydrocortisone I've do some research about it, and I'm still scared to put it into my nose, so guys can yall help me

shouldnt be used often , use it a few hours before you want your nose to shrink don’t be retarted and over use it
