How many times a week to use a BHA?

Salicylic acid 2x a week? I'm using Trentinoin and Benzoyl 10% face and body wash. Just wondering if my skin can take it.

start once a week if you want to play safe, your skin should adjust pretty quick so then you can progressively increase use.

It depends if your skin can take it. If your skin is handling tret well then maybe give it a go.
Edit to add: It also depends on the formula of the BHA product itself- some will be easier to handle than others.

my skin is taking tret very well. no irritation.

hm ok. I buy all my stuff on amazon. Niacinamide, Vit C serum etc. they're legit.

Btw I'm using the 0.025 Tret cream. Maybe that's why I have no irritation.

Ah yeah its a good one. The lotion is going to be significantly more hydrating than the liquid option too which will help with tret.
Start with once maybe twice a week.
