I spend a few minutes every mourning walking in front a full length mirror to make sure my posture is correct. I am only counting that as 1 of the 6-10. How many minutes/day would have been a better q

That's hard to calculate, and brushing your teeth automatically adds a few minutes, despite only being one occurrence.
