3-4 days will do. just actually try hard. dont think like theyre doing the work for you, think like theyre enabling you to work harder. these gym sessions should be much harder than ur used to; u removed the ceiling

nope. do what u enjoy, itll help u want to go. just make sure u have at least one movement u look forward to per day. helps u avoid skipping it

rest days will be NEEDED for growth

the more the better as long as your training with intensity, eating clean and getting ur sleep in.

Diet is the most important obviously, the compound can only do so much if you’re eating like shit.
