dont fix it, checking your face especially when you're out is a good thing, you should always make sure your hair sits right, there's no food or anything on your face etc.

if im being honest maybe 30-45 minutes a day.

20 of it is just getting ready in the morning and the rest is just checking throughout the day whenever i find a mirror.

I take dozens of pics and vids of myself a day but I don't really check what I look like in them

Mirrors only a few secs when I pass by them if that

and randomly 1-2x a week I'll spend like 20m just staring while talking abd whispering to myself
