no idea man

i think it was smth to do with dopamine mostly. no dopamine no libido

if you fap a lot your dopamine gets cucked long term so u get dopamine rushes less often

if i dont fap and watch porn for a full week, like on vacation for example, my natural libido is sky high when i return home
