True 8-10% is near nonexistant. Even in college athletes.

i have no idea, i dont think ive ever seen a true 10% irl ever

most people i see are lethargic and clearly outta shape or they just look like the regular joe

at the gym i obviously see some lean people but i would say theyre close to 14-15% bf rather then 10
