How many ui of vitamin d3 k2 to promote bone growth

Ik this won’t do that much for bones but how many ui per day

vitamin d promotes osteoblast differentiation, but once your blood 25(OH)D level reaches 30-50 ng/mL (75-125 nmol/L), your bones and calcium levels are already optimized. above that there's not much difference.

if theres a deficiency (<20 ng/mL), you can see improved bone mineral density when supplemented w 600-2K IU/day.

sufficient levels (>30 ng/dL) = no further improvement in BMD/growth.(you're most probably at sufficient levels)

your facial bone growth is genetically regulated by GH, IGF1, T, nutrition (protein, calcium, phosphorus etc). So beyond correcting deficiency, vit d supplementation doesn't do much.
probably you need to stick the whole bottle inside your urethra so it gets in your bloodstream
