How mse affect on nose angle

I have seen some people who had an mse that doesn’t just expand to the side it expands to the front I just wanted to know if anyone had it here
And could give me some information about it

Why am I asking?
I have seen lefort cuts that have done magic on noses and wanted to see if there are alternatives for that

This whole idea came from a video I saw on jaw hacks channel that I cannot find anywhere

MSE causes some forward movement but usually not much. I would not expect a significant change of nose except for it getting wider.

MSE causes some forward movement but usually not much. I would not expect a significant change of nose except for it getting wider.
