how much a palate expander change your cheeckbones?

title. when i was a kid, i remember everyone saying i had crazy cheekbones, i remember and see myself in my old pictures, my mouth breathing cause me less development, with marpe or some palate expander will it came to how they should be or it will move only a little/almost nothing?

as far as i know the expander does not change that much the cheeckbones
