For skin thats oily on the nose and and forehead mostly mild acne and a bunch of blackheads on nose spots but they are massive.

Acne is mild nothing dramatic but theres a new pimple every 2-3 days I'm 15 72kg 5'10.

I'm thinking 20-30mg but I dont know how much i should order :lul:

a ration for like 4-6 months should suffice

Nope.

relapse risk is extremely high if you do sub 8-12 months at 15 years old

puberty is just kicking in hard now; Acne will likely double

relapse risk is extremely high with the enviroment you have and thats soon to worsen so go with 40-30 mg for 12 months with some liver support to prevent enzyme change but its very low risk

you will likely never have acne again this way, but 3-4 months it can and WILL come back.

You may be right im not an expert, still a year seems overkill for a guy that has very mild acne

My mum is very busy shes usally never home so she has no time to take me to the derma.

And there is prob some chud docter who will persribe me Benzoyl Peroxide :lul:

tret will eventually work but accutane will do it better also it damages the oil secretion glands so after you are done with the course I would switch of to tretinoin, keeps it at bay and can help heal acne scars if thats an issue

i think both are good man

tret as you hit puberty at 15-14 is very good

but isotret is lower effort and more reward

you are right in almost everyway, yes right now the mild acne will get nuked its overkill but we arent just targetting that we are targetting his acne that will attack at like 16-18.

common nocebo

theres no receptor/mechanism isotretnoin agonizes in a BAD way imo

"The Clinical Debate: While isotretinoin clearly enters the brain and some case reports have linked it to depression, large, population-based studies and meta-analyses show that treating severe acne with isotretinoin often reduces overall depressive symptoms. This is widely attributed to the psychological benefits of improving severe skin conditions. [1, 2, 3]"

Suppressing DHT also helps clear up your skin by a lot, some clear skin looksmaxxers like clav(when he hasn't had acne; he often had acne on gear). might be having it not just from retinoids or only by suppressing DHT. I do both and yeah near perfect skin nowadays, I only use oral retinol though it is bit like microdosing isotretinoin but with more of the other real vitamin A benefits and being cheap/accessible as fuck. Same side-effects potential as other retinoids I had to stop this winter entirely because it made my skin red and dry and flakey as fuck especially around my mouth but I slowly built up levels over one and a half years. Shows how potent even that was, at least for me. And yeah isotretinoin was "invented" based on the fact megadosing vitamin A was the acne treatment used clinically prior for like a couple of decades(any retinoid can work on acne).

Edit: Dutasteride especially can help shrink sebaceous glands via suppressing 5-ar type I in sebaceous glands supposedly, so you can get a dual effect with retinoids possibly, maybe.

Just worth keeping in mind if the acne stays persistent and treatment resistant or comes back/gets worse as an adult at least + together with preventing Norwood.
