How much anastrozole should I take to keep my growth plates open?

I got my results back and my growth plates are still open. How much mg of Anastrozole should I take to keep them open? I was thinking 0.25-0.5 mg per day maybe more if I'm feeling risky, but I’m not sure. Can someone help me out?
