just do letrozole or aromasin you dont need estrogen at 16 if youre okay with bad mood

Nah I ran chinese 12IU (planned to go upwards of 6IU and then forgot how much bac I used and realized it was 12IU but I felt good on it so I kept going)

Didn’t measure before unfortunately I alr had genetically good frame but now my irl friends (I larp natty) say that I have the widest frame they have seen.

Im hoping to go to like 56-57cm but idk how much growth pot I have left, maybe hopping on test for the first time will help

you can run var 25mg for 12 weeks straight with test

then do a 3 month break from var and start again thats how I use it without damaging my liver too much

Im also on 8mg reta 1200 tudca 900NAC and 20mg isotret (that much liver protection cuz i ran 100mg isotret for a few weeks). Was planning to quit var sometime cuz of the liver strain from isotret (idk if 20mg isotret and 25var will hurt tho so far I have a perfect liver)
