How much being fat during puberty ruins it?

I was really fat when I was 14-15
But I dropped to 18-20% when I was 16 and still in this range at almost 18
Did it affect my puberty very bad?

I think sign of high estrogen

Depends if your testosterone are normal, kids that are overweight weight experience lower testosterone levels

No? If your low testosterone during puberty can leave lead to bad development, if your fat you convert estrogen easier then a skinny person? Who told you low testosterone especially during puberty is good

I mean its good if youre fat
More test -> more conversion into estogen -> plates close faster
But I agree with u that low test is bad for development (small dih, bad bones)
