i take 40mg, i havent had a presentation yet but tmrw i have on will update on if its successful or not, normally after a sentence of speaking i get a shaky voice feel my heart pumping and my skin turning red (idk if that makes sense), i turn hot too

i take 20 before sleep when i take stims before bed

20 should be good, try that, then if that works cool, but if you need a little more MAX 30, or consult a jew
