The left guy is skinny, the right guy is muscular. Both are lean because both have a low bf%, but clearly one body is more attractive (and cooler) than the other body. You'll never get jacked like that by staying natty (unless you train for years) so don't worry. Something like this is more achievable. It's a middle point between the two photos you've uploaded, and clearly this guy's body looks more attractive than the skinny one doesn't it

Def. You'll be more intimidating, you'll look and feel stronger and girls genuinely do like a guy with some muscle and a good frame, even if he's short. You can see this presented in articles and studies. Evolutionarily almost all interbreeding between neanderthals and homo sapiens happened between neanderthal men and homo sapien women, and neanderthal men were not only notably shorter than the average homo sapien man (by 10cm iirc), but they were facially also not that pleasing either although they did have features like a strong jaw. Their ultra lean, ultra muscular build is what attracted the foids
