If you gym 2-3 times a week with good intensity that's a good deficit already if you are rotting in ur bed 24/7 you need to go lower ofc
my weight didnt change from eating 800 calories to 3500 calories when i was counting my calories and trying to gain weight

If you do like extreme dieting maybe 1% but it depends on your current bf%. If you are 50% bf it will be easier to lose fat than if you are 15%

No because if you already dont have a lot of fat it is very hard to lose even more. If you are really fat you can still eat like 2500 calories/day and lose weight

if your low bf, what’s the least cals u think you should be on to not fuck hormones, metabolism etc? 1.5k? i mean im 17% rn roughly eating between 1.5-1.8k rn.
