could I go from 18/19% to 12%?

plan is to go gym and do a little bit of weights but a lot of cardio and eat around 1000-1500 calories per day (6ft 2)

i’m skinny not much muscle

legit. I made that mistake and lowered my calories drastically for like a year. Currently Im 190 lbs at 6ft and I cant lose weight eating 1500kcal lol. My metabolism is completely fucked.

its definitely possible but you will rebound quick because of big deficit+ a lot of cardio and also you'll look like shit cus you dont have muscle, whats your weight now

idc what my body looks like rn only my face. if i switch to weights more towards the end and only go into a slight surplus after i should be fine?
 
If you don't have much muscles, don't do it natty. Regardless of psl copes here, body is as much imp as face and muscles halo body hard.

Better do some low dose Anavar solo (40-60mg) and you will drop bf like crazy while maintaining/increasing muscles. You'll need pct tho.

Just lift weights, light cardio and a deficit of -500 cal. It will be sustainable in the long run and you WILL gain muscle even tho you're in a deficit cus of newbie gains. When you reach your desired leanness and weight just maintain, you'll slowly gain weight even tho you're maintaining, because muscle is heavier than fat.

Once you have done 6-12 months of consistent natty lifting, you should hop on Sarms or Roids. Save time and invest in on sth else. Natty is mostly cope unless grest muscle genetics.

i don’t wanna be a roided up meathead. realistically face mogs body hard. all i want to do is be lean enough for my bones to show a lot and also have muscle underneath so i’m not a skeleton

That doesn't matter right? You reach upto like 90% of your genetic potential in the first year of lifting if done right, and then the progress is veryyyy slow if you continue to lift naturally. If then you look for muscles, you gotta bulk, which increases facial fat. Facial fat is a huge looksmin. So it's better a PSLer doesn't follow conventional rules and say does bulking on RAD rather than natural or LGD. This way his face would remain lean and he'd gain muscles too.

I'm not talking about hardcore roids bro. Anavar is the safest face, skin and hair wise. It's infact one of the safest cutting steroid available.

It's a dry compound so gives lean muscles and shreds body fat. Keep coping with diet tho - it works but is slow and in process you are likely to lose lots of muscles.

i got no muscles so makes 0 difference all i’m losing is body fat before i start taking training seriously

lmao imagine falling for the bulk meme. I've been training for 6 years, 4 years weightlifting 2 years muay thai. (natural ofc). In the first year of weightlifting i didn't know what the fuck i was doing so i made progress, but it could've been much better, In the 2nd year of lifting I fell for the bulk meme, gained a ton of body fat, and barely any muscle. So in the 3rd year I already learned from a lot of my mistakes and just maintained, gained more than in the first 2 years combined just by knowing what I was doing and eating at maintenance. Never bulked since.

1% for every 3-4 days of water fasting is not a crazy result at all.
