You look lean , but could be suffering from having most of your fat accumulate in your stomach area. Chromium, green tea extract, cayenne tea Pepper, and reservatrol would be good supplements to help fight that problem.

I think it's water retention. I stopped dnp 2 days ago, water retention takes up to 1 week to disappear. Do you think i close to 12% bodyfat?

You could be, but at the end of the day you want your abs visible at low body fat, so for abs to pop out you need to train them hard as a muscle group with weights, and hit them frequently several times a week going hard. Then they pop out at higher amounts. If your Indian then they tend to store belly fat In the stomach area. Other ethnicities its not that common, but due to low test and high processed foods its becoming more common.

My point is body fat is relative. You could look 11-13$ body fat, but through training of abs to make abs pop out more, chewing gum to get more hollow cheeks and make your jawline look leaner, and increasing muscle training frequency through regular cardio to make the muscles more receptacle to weight training stimulus, you can look like your leaner then your true body fat.
