hello guys, i just want your advices what can i improve should i cut more or maintain and gain muscle.
also i want to bonemass growth height growth and also muscle growth without any fat gain so i am now eating maintnance calories because as i know cutting can stunt my growth in height and also in bonemass. what you would recommend? Thanks!
also taking mk677 10mg everyday.

its like 350-400g carbs 150-170g protein 50-60-70g fat

Just use reference images to quickly measure your bodyfat percentage.

i wouldn't trust reference images since you could get deceived by the lighting,muscle mass fat distrubiton and more , just use a BF calculator like this one:

this one is turkish but ig you can figure it out.. but yeah seems like 10 percent to me too.

you look great, i'm surprised your carb intake is that high. fast metabolism

i just dont overeat food and most important calories, as i know its all about calories, so i was 90kg beginning fatsfk and in my diet my carbs was always high. and i still lost fat, because i was in calorie deficit, also i cutted carbs and go into full keto one time i was feeling so fucking horrible, body needs carbs i think. and high carb is also good for bonemass as i see in this forum.

caloric surplus is basically cope after like +200-300 calories from the maintenance it wont cause extra muscle gain or some stuff it might increase your energy levels because of the increased carb intake but nothing more, i would say eat maintenance maybe a +200 caloric surplus if you are training hard but more than that is unnessecary and it will just cause fat gain and bloat.

idk dude. i think cal tracking is inaccurate. you must have had high activity + restricted a lot of food intake
