hello guys, i just want your advices what can i improve should i cut more or maintain and gain muscle.
also i want to bonemass growth height growth and also muscle growth without any fat gain so i am now eating maintnance calories because as i know cutting can stunt my growth in height and also in bonemass. what you would recommend? Thanks!

my diet is : High Carb / High Sugar / Moderate High Protein / Low-Medium Fat
its like 350-400g carbs 150-170g protein 50-60-70g fat
