@7arely.eroz @uOrca i researched a bit but a lot of sources say different things in terms of portion. A good rule of thumb is about 300ml a day over multiple weeks/months to see results. Taking in more will probably speed up the process tho. The quality of the broth matters a lot (grass fed etc.) and the broth should be cooked about 12-24 hours and made out of bones with high cartilage portions like Joints, Foot and Back. Varying the animal you get the bones from is also good because cow chicken and fish give different types of collagen...
why dont you make it yourself? bone broth is easy to make
I do it but i get the bones from him and hes the highest quality one in the region and doesnt always have bones and not many at a time because hes not crazy big

Varying the animal you get the bones from is also good because cow chicken and fish give different types of collagen (Type I, II, III) and Vitamin C intake is important when consuming things like bone broth for collagen because your body needs it to properly process the collgen, so consume things that have a good amount of vitamin c with it like f.e. kiwi (op in general) berries, Paprika etc. Hope this clears it up a bit and your welcome to correct me if i got something wrong or add something if i forgot it
