I’m 5,8 175 Pounds My BF is 27% and I’m 13
my dream goal is too be skinny so somewhere near 120 pounds. Someone please help me and tell me how much calories I should eat per day

You gotta provide more info, but assuming ur moderately active your maintenance is at 2300, so aim for 1800 kcals + resistance training

look up a calorie deficit calc, use that and make sure youre getting calories and micronutrients from real food

27% BF is bad. Defenately go into a decform of t deficit for longer time.

don't go into a deficit right now, you're only 13 years old and a calorie deficit would be detrimental to your height growth. prioritise your height instead of trying to get lean, at 13 years old you shouldn't be focusing on the present but the future, girls at your age aren't worth it and they'll be much better in 3-5 years. just focus on making yourself as attractive as possible rn, you defo have potential to be 6 foot +

dont listen to anyone saying to go on a cut, just stay the same or eat more protein and prioritise growing for now, once you stop growing (can be anywhere from 16-20, but after 16 it will slow down lots so its up to you), then go on a cut.

I need to be skinny too get rid of facial fat

^^^ just workout and blast the fuck out of protein and eat at maintenance
