Im 16 yr,180 cm,72 kg 15% bf,10k steps a day and workout 3 times a week
 
eat 700 calories of broccoli, kale and spinach
 
13 calories per pound of goal body weight
 
If youre not growing, minimally, get your needed 1,6g/kg protein feom the most dense sources and eat nothing else, maybe some carbs pre workout
