Rn i did 200 calores in 20m on 60
But idk if its enough or too much
Im really lean too but i want to get leaner

Its pretty good but all getting leaner comes down too i having a lower calorie intake then before

I dont really eat much tbh I donz even have zo track it
For example for whole day today 3 breads lmao with cheese
And my problem is i only look 1/7 days like my prime yk i want to fix that
Yk how?

I would recomend eating a lot in the morning cus then your skin is gonna look healthy all through the day but its also propebly that your more bloated on certain days

bloat works by if you eat like a lot of carbs or salt then your body is gonna Hold more water inside it and thats gonna make you weigh more and look a little worse

Calories are a metric of energy, however much energy you expend to move your body up a stair machine is NOT calcuable by something like time and speed.
It takes more energy to move a 200lb object than a 150lb object. Same with muscle to fat ratio, bodyfat, etc.
