How much can a 7mm lf1 mess up your front?

So for context, I have a class III crossbite with bi-retrusion. So my maxilla and mandible are basically recessed by equal measure, which is about 7mm. My surgeon is thinking of 7mm in each jaw, a little bit of genioplasty and a minor amount of CCW (my oclussal plane is not fucked enough that I can get massive CCW). But I am rather worried, simply because from what I've heard the lefort movement ends up more like a sidegrade - widens nose, lengthens philtrum, etc.

Despite having a shit side due to the biretrusion my frontal ratios are actually pretty good (2.05 FWHR, 1.04 MFR) and I'm scared that the lengthening I'll get from LF1 will completely ruin how I look from the front in exchange for my side becoming normal. The nose widening I'm prepared for, I've just accepted getting rhino/alarplasty afterwards.

Is there anyone here who also had biretrusion and got bimax? Did you feel it made your face significantly longer and/or worse on a frontal level? Feels like god hates us Class IIIs
